Are the dividends included in all performance calculations?
Yes. The dividends are included in performance calculations for all strategies and SPX.

Are the trading fees and taxes included in all performance calculations?
No. trading fees and taxes change over the years. Different brokerages charge different amount of fees. Therefore, the trading fees and taxes are not included in the performance calculations.
